At Kiddykin, we know how exciting it is to wait for new toys! We work hard to get your orders processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Delivery Timelines

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of placement. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within the following windows:

  • Punjab: 2–4 business days.

  • Sindh: 3–5 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays, extreme weather, or high-volume sale periods.

2. Shipping Charges

3. Order Tracking

Once your Kiddykin order is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email (or SMS) containing a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey from our store to your door.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our courier partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your package.

  • Please ensure a contact number is provided so the rider can reach you if needed.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), please have the exact amount ready to ensure a smooth hand-off.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing from your Kiddykin box, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 03470886137 on whatsapp so we can make it right.

Since you are shipping across different provinces, it’s a great idea to mention which courier service you use (e.g., Leopard, TCS, or Trax). This builds extra trust with your customers.
