Return & Replacement Policy

  • Parcel receive hone ke 24 hours ke andar return ya replacement ki request inform karna zaroori hai or video bna kr send krna ho gi whatsapp pr 03707957945. 24 hours ke baad ki gayi request accept nahi ki jayegi.

  • Replacement: Agar aap replacement karwana chahte hain, to Rs. 450 delivery charges customer ko pay karne honge.

  • Return: Agar aap product return karna chahte hain, to product humein wapas bhejne ke delivery charges bhi customer ko khud pay karne honge.

  • Return ki payment parcel humein receive aur inspect hone ke baad customer ke account mein transfer ki jayegi.

  • Return amount mein 30% deduction ki jayegi. Yeh 30% deduction product ki amount par hogi, delivery charges is mein included nahi honge.

  • Product return karte waqt item unused aur original condition/packaging mein hona chahiye.
